About Sound Bath
Sound bath is a "sound wellness" experience where you surrender yourself to the sounds of instruments such as singing bowls and handpans and achieve deep relaxation. Rather than listening to music, you feel the vibrations of the sound with your whole body, which is effective in reducing stress and balancing the mind and body. Our sound bath, which combines the natural energy of the hot spring resort of Beppu, is a non-verbal healing experience that is easy to understand for both Japanese and foreigners.
This is a very popular activity among inbound tourists.
